Grease Trap Protective Cage

Postby RossMc » Sat Aug 28, 2010 8:39 am

I think making a protective cage that can bolt on and be around the grease trap would be a good addition. My dogs have discovered the grease trap, so now I have to be on the lookout or I will end up with a shredded aluminum pan and grease on my deck. If there were a cage that could shut around the trap, it would be very helpful and prevent this.

I need a protective cage too, but not for the grease trap. :? My dogs bypass the trap and go straight for the ribeye... :D

I have to agree on this one. My dogs are always on the lookout for the grease catcher pan.

I replaced my 'tin pans' with a mini loaf pan from a restaurant supply, think they were like $2.25, it keeps the mice from chewing on them.
