Had the pleasure of taking another Hasty Bake class this week. The class was the smoking 101 and it was put on by Adam Myers. The information was clear and easy and the majority of the information was based on meat prep. Since the class was only a couple of hours, he already had most of the items smoking and cooking for hours before the class and timed right for us to all indulge on the tasty pleasures by the end of class. All of the food was excellent but i was most impressed by the ease of technique used to cook the ribs. They came out great and makes me rethink all of the extra work i have been putting in when it comes to ribs. Can't wait to take the next class but will have to wait till next year as this learning season is over for Hasty-Bake University.
